All appointments require a valid card on file at booking. Please review the appointment policies before your first visit. New clients are encouraged to read the first time client guide.
Appointment Policies
Booking
All appointments are booked online. A valid credit or debit card is required to hold your spot. It will only be charged according to the policies below.
Cancellations
At least 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service amount to the card on file.
I understand that unexpected situations happen. If an emergency occurs, please reach out as soon as possible. Accommodations may be considered on a case-by-case basis; however, repeated late cancellations may result in a required deposit or inability to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Clients arriving 10 or more minutes late will need to reschedule and will be charged 100% of the service amount. If you are running late, please reach out as soon as possible.
No-Shows
A no-show is when a client does not arrive and has not provided notice. No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Repeated no-shows will result in the inability to schedule future appointments.
Children & Guests
Children are welcome when needed and must remain supervised at all times, safely away from the treatment area and equipment. Additional guests are limited to those necessary for the appointment.
Pets
For sanitation, safety, and client comfort, pets are not permitted in the studio. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable requirements.
Male Clients
Male clients are welcome by referral from an existing client for brow, nostril, and back waxing services only. Bikini, Brazilian, Dérrière, and intimate services are available to women only.
Minors & Parental Consent
Clients must be 16 or older to receive Brazilian, bikini, or any intimate waxing service. Clients under 18 require a parent or legal guardian to be present in the treatment room for the duration of any service. A parent or legal guardian must sign the consent form before any service begins for clients under 18.
